Press Release Summary: Home Instead Senior Care of Eatontown, NJ Celebrates 10 Years
Serving Monmouth County's Elderly

Press Release Body: June 9, 2008 - Eatontown, NJ - Phyllis Venancio is a grown woman
with a loving husband and three children of her own. and, yet, she still misses her
grandmother each and every day. Although it has been more than ten years since her
passing, Venancio can still recall the exact moment when her grandmother was
diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.

Like so many others who have gone through this terrible ordeal, Venancio immediately
began looking for ways to help her family cope - particularly her grandmother.
Unfortunately, the options were rather limited at that time. "We basically had three
choices. We could move her in with one of us, put her in an assisted living facility
or hire a full-time health aide," she said. "Fortunately, we were able to come
together and make it work the best way we could; but, not everybody is in a position
to do so."

Venancio was and is still convinced that her grandmother probably would have lived a
longer and more fulfilling life post-diagnosis had it been for an affordable at-home
solution that offered one-on-one companionship services to the elderly. And it was
with that conviction that Venancio, a former school teacher, sought out an
opportunity with Home Instead Senior CareT, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska.

Recognized by Entrepreneur magazine as one of the 100 fastest growing franchise
companies in the United States, Home Instead Senior Care has been providing
non-medical home care and companionship to help seniors live independently at home
since 1995. Today, there are more than 750 offices around the world, one of which is
conveniently located at 25 Main Street in Eatontown.

Venancio has been the owner and operator of the Monmouth County franchise since
1998. Each and every one of her passionate and dedicated CAREgivers are put through
a four-part training program designed to prepare them for dealing with a variety of
unique situations, including how to manage the care of dementia and Alzheimer's
patients with the sensitivity and patience they require.

Home Instead CAREgivers are solely focused on providing non-medical assistance so
seniors feel more confident and less isolated in their homes. The most utilized
services often include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping,
medication reminders, grocery shopping and other errands, transitional care, bathing
and bathroom assistance, dietary monitoring and incidental transportation.
CAREgivers are available for hourly, overnight and live-in shifts - on either a
temporary or long-term basis.

"Reaching the 10-year mark is something I am extremely proud of. and I know my
grandmother would be too," adds Venancio. "Like anything that is truly rewarding in
life, Home Instead started with a clear purpose and my desire to inspire change. I
believe that's what we've done here."
